I've created a user account but I don't have the reload/registration code I need to continue.
Once you have created a new user account, you must log out of the McDonald's Arch Card Online Reload website in order to complete your user registration process. A reload/registration account code will then be sent to you via email to the email address you provided. If you don't receive a reload/registration code or have difficulty using this reload/registration code to register your card, please contact McDonald's at 1-800-244-6227.
I lost my password, now what do I do?
If you cannot remember your password, go to the McDonald's Arch Card Online Reload website and enter your username and click on "Forgot my password." Your username and a temporary password will be sent to the email address registered to your account in two separate email messages.
Can I change the username and password registered to my McDonald's Arch Card account?
You cannot make changes to the username on your McDonald's Arch Card account. If you would like to change your password, go to the McDonald's Arch Card Online Reload website and login to your account. Once you have logged in, select "Change Password"? to update your password. Within a few minutes you will receive an email confirmation that you have successfully changed your password.
How do I check my McDonald's Arch Card balance?
An easy way to check your balance is to review your cash register receipt after each purchase at a McDonald's restaurant. The amount of your recent purchase and your McDonald's Arch Card balance are listed on that receipt. You can also check your balance online at McDonald's.com/ArchCard.
What happens if my McDonald's Arch Card runs out of funds?
You have the option of reload now or establishing auto-reload preferences. Simply choose "Auto Reload" to automatically reload your card and set the parameters. You can change your auto-reload parameters at any time. An email receipt will be sent each time your card automatically reloads with the date and amount of the reload.
How do I suspend the auto-reload feature?
To suspend automatic reloads established for your McDonald's Arch Card, (1) Login to your account with your username and password.
(2) Select the "Auto Reload" function under the "My McDonald's Arch Cards" tab for the specific Arch Card.
(3) Click the box to the left of the "Click to temporarily suspend this reload rule" statement to suspend the automatic reload associated with that card.
(4) Select "SUBMIT" to complete suspension of automatic reload.

A confirmation message will appear on the screen and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered to your user account as well.
What are the minimum / maximum reloads on the McDonald's Arch Card?
The minimum online reload for the McDonald's Arch Card is $10.00 and the maximum is $50.00. Note: The maximum balance limit on any McDonald's Arch Card is $110.00.
I reloaded my McDonald's Arch Card but now I want my money back. Will McDonald's refund my McDonald's Arch Card reload?
No. McDonald's Arch Card activations or reloads, whether in restaurant or online, will not be refunded and cannot be redeemed for cash (unless required by law). McDonald's Arch Card Terms and Conditions can be found on the main page of the McDonald's Arch Card Online Reload website.
Can I purchase McDonald's Arch Cards on the website?
No. McDonald's Arch Cards can only be reloaded online. McDonald's Arch Cards may be purchased at any McDonald's restaurant location and participating retail locations in the U.S.
I no longer want to be registered in the Online Reload website. How do I delete my account?
Your McDonald's Arch Card Online Reload account can be deleted by contacting McDonald's at 1-800-244-6227.
How many payment cards (credit/debit) can I have registered to my user account?
You can have two payment cards.
Will I be alerted to the fact that my payment card used for auto-reloading has expired?
Yes. You will receive an email reminder to login to your account and update your payment card information the month prior to your payment card expiring. Failure to update this information will result in your auto-reload to be suspended upon the date your payment card expires.
How do I change the payment card used to fund my auto-reload?
You can add or remove payment cards used to fund online McDonald's Arch Card reloads.
(1) Login to your account with your username and password.
(2) Select the "Payment Options" function on the home page of the online reload site.
(3) Select the "Register New Payment Card" option.
(4) Enter your payment card information and select 'Register'.
(5) Once you have registered your new payment card you can delete the previous payment card listed on your account.
Which payment cards are accepted?
At this time, only Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
I'm trying to reload and getting message "credit card invalid".
When entering your credit/debit card information, it is important that it matches exactly with what is shown on your billing statement (Credit Card Number and Billing Address). Inaccuracies will prevent your payment card from authorizing and your reload from processing.
